How ordering works:
1. Start your order
Click Start Your Order and send us your logo, chosen products, approximate quantity and a brief description of your project.
2. We'll be in touch
We'll discuss your requirements and answer any questions before getting started.
3. We'll prepare everything
We'll create your TimberTap account, set up your demo page, and send you an artwork proof for approval.
4. We make your order
Once approved, we'll manufacture your products in our Devon workshop.
5. Ready to go
Your products arrive ready to use, and you can update your digital content at any time through your TimberTap account.
Pricing
All TimberTap products have fixed pricing.

Minimum order quantities apply.
The minimum quantity for each product is shown on the product page.
Every order includes a TimberTap software account and personalised demo page.
There are no separate setup fees.
Payment is taken before production begins.
Once you've approved your artwork proof and payment has been received, we'll begin manufacturing your order.
Artwork Approval
Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins.
One round of minor amendments is included where possible. Nothing is engraved until you've approved your proof.
Once you've approved your proof, production will begin and your order can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded.
If we can't produce a proof you're happy with, we'll refund your order before production begins.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Production will begin once you've approved your artwork proof and payment has been received. Lead times vary depending on the products and quantities ordered, but we'll confirm an estimated delivery date before production begins.
Returns
As each TimberTap order is made to your specification, personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we'll put it right.
