We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
Personalised Orders
All of our products are made to order.
Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins. Production only starts once you have approved your proof.
If we cannot produce a proof that you are happy to approve, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund before production begins.
Once your engraving proof has been approved, your order enters production and can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details.
Shipping & Delivery
As all products are made to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions or events outside our reasonable control.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
