What counts as a minor fix?

Minor fixes are practical adjustments only. Anything involving redesigning, recreating, or improving a logo isn’t something we offer.

Do I get a proof?

Yes. We send one engraving proof showing size and placement before production.

Proofs are for technical approval only. We don’t offer alternative layouts or design changes

What if my logo isn’t suitable?

If your file won’t engrave properly, we’ll contact you once to request a replacement or approve paid fixes. If we don’t hear back within 5 working days, your order may be delayed or refunded.

Do you offer design services?

No. We don’t design logos, redraw artwork, or create custom shapes. If you need design work, we recommend working with a graphic designer before ordering.

What file formats work best?

Vector files are preferred:

  • SVG
  • AI
  • PDF

High-resolution PNG files can also work if they are clean, black, and have a transparent background.

Ordering

Can I order a small test run?

All products have minimum order quantities shown on the product pages. We don’t offer one-off samples outside these quantities.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because items are made to order, we can’t accept cancellations or changes once production has started.

Can I order larger quantities than shown?

Yes. If you’re looking to order bulk quantities, get in touch and we’ll talk it through, including delivery options.

Production & Delivery

How long does production take?

Our average lead time is 2–3 weeks from order to dispatch. We’ll email you with an estimated dispatch date and engraving proof after your order is placed.

What postal service do you use?

Parcels are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger parcels may be sent by courier. Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Who makes the products?

Everything is engraved in-house in Devon by The Little Merch Company.
