Once you've approved your artwork proof and payment has been received, we'll begin manufacturing your order.
Artwork Approval
Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins.
One round of minor amendments is included where possible. Nothing is engraved until you've approved your proof.
Once you've approved your proof, production will begin and your order can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded.
If we can't produce a proof you're happy with, we'll refund your order before production begins.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Production will begin once you've approved your artwork proof and payment has been received. Please allow 2 weeks for production.
Returns
As each order is made to your specification, personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we'll put it right.
