Once your artwork has been approved and payment has been received, we'll begin manufacturing your order.
Artwork Approval
Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins.
One round of minor amendments is included where possible. Nothing is engraved until you've approved your proof.
Once you've approved your proof, production will begin and your order can no longer be changed, cancelled or refunded.
If we can't produce a proof you're happy with, we'll refund your order before production begins.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving creates a precise, permanent design directly onto the surface of your product. It offers a beautifully understated finish that complements the natural character of materials such as wood and cork.
Unlike printed designs, engraving doesn't add a layer of ink to the surface, giving your branding a tactile, integrated finish that's made to last.
Your design will be engraved in a single tone rather than reproducing the colours in your original artwork. The final colouring will depend on the material being engraved.

Delivery
Production will begin once you've approved your artwork proof and payment has been received. Please allow 2 weeks for production.
Returns
As each order is made to your specification, personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly. If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we'll put it right.
