As all of our products are made to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 weeks.

Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins. Your lead time starts once your engraving proof has been approved.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.
