About Us
The Little Merch Company creates bespoke, laser engraved merchandise from sustainable materials. All products are made to order in our solar-powered workshop in Devon.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Ordering
When you place an order, payment is taken at checkout.
After your order is placed, we'll prepare your engraving artwork and email you an engraving proof for approval.
Nothing is engraved until you have approved your final proof.
Engraving Proofs
Every order includes an engraving proof before production begins.
One round of minor amendments is included where possible. Minor amendments include simple adjustments to improve the engraving layout or positioning.
If more extensive artwork changes are required, we'll discuss any additional artwork charges with you before proceeding.
Approval
Production only begins once you've approved your engraving proof.
Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, layout and positioning.
Once you've approved your proof, your order cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded as production will begin immediately.
Refunds Before Production
If we cannot produce an engraving proof that you're happy to approve, we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund before production begins.
Returns
As every item is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has started, unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Artwork
We accept:
- SVG (preferred)
- High-resolution PNG
If your artwork isn't suitable for engraving, we'll contact you before production begins to discuss the best solution.
Design Services
We do not offer logo design or artwork creation.
If your artwork requires redesigning or recreating, we'll discuss the available options before proceeding.
Lead Times
Our typical turnaround is approximately 2–3 weeks from order to dispatch.
Production begins only after your engraving proof has been approved.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering.
Product Appearance
As our products are made from natural materials such as wood and cork, variations in colour, grain and engraving appearance are normal and make each item unique.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.
