How ordering works
1. Purchase your Welcome Hubs and upload your logo.
3. We set up your order
We'll create your Timber Tap account, set up your demo page and NFC/QR code links; then send you an artwork proof for approval.
4. We make your order
Once approved, we'll manufacture your products in our Devon workshop.
5. Ready to go
Your products arrive ready to use, and you can update your digital content at any time through your Timber Tap account.

Every order includes a TimberTap software account and personalised demo page.
There are no separate setup fees.
Payment is taken before production begins.

We'll create an artwork proof based on the logo and information you provide.
Before production begins, you'll receive a proof to check and approve. This gives you the opportunity to review the design and request any changes.
Production will begin once you've approved your proof and payment has been received.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery times vary depending on the products ordered and the quantity required. We'll confirm an estimated delivery date when we contact you about your order.
As every TimberTap product is personalised, we cannot accept returns unless an item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.
