- Pick something useful. A mug on the desk or a coaster by the kettle is seen every day. Useful items are more likely to stay in use than novelty gifts.
- Keep the branding subtle. A small, neat logo feels like a gift rather than an advert. Laser engraving is a single tone, which suits a clean, understated look.
- Choose natural materials. Enamel, cork, bamboo and solid wood are plastic-free and feel good in the hand.
- Order for clients and staff together. One logo and one order is simpler than several small orders, and everyone gets the same quality gift.
- Pair two items as a set. A mug and coaster, or a bottle opener and bottle stopper, make a more generous gift.
- Keep a few spares. They are useful for new clients in January, or anyone you missed off the list.
- Order early. Engraved gifts are made to order, so allow time for your proof, production and delivery.

You see your logo on the product before anything is made.
- Choose your product and quantity.
- Upload your logo and check out online.
- We email you an engraving proof. One round of minor amendments is included.
- Once you approve the proof, we engrave your order. Please allow 2 weeks for production, plus delivery.
Nothing is engraved until you've approved your proof. If we can't produce a proof you're happy with, we'll refund your order.
Planning for Christmas? Every order is made by hand in our small workshop, so ordering early gives you the most choice. If you need your gifts by a specific date, get in touch before ordering and we'll check availability.
